RE: 2.4.20-13.7 compile problems

Interesting.

Acting on a different tip I came across, I did a "make mrproper"
and a "make oldconfig." That seemed to do the trick. I'd assumed that
the source tree wasn't entirely clean prior to the RPM being built,
but maybe it *was* the "make xconfig" instead.
