inexplicable kernel crash in 2.4.7-10

hi,
I have installed RH Linux 7.2 with 2.4.7-10 kernel and using it as SMTP
server with amavis-perl-11 and uvscan virus scanner. The system reboots by
itself almost daily and sometimes fails to reboot properly and the kernel
crashes. Pl. check the ksymoops output and help me in locating the cause
for these random reboots.

This reboot/crash happens when the system load is low at late night. I was
able to capture an OOPS
and ran it through ksymoops. Following is the partial output from it. I
have excluded warning messages reg symbols not found:

Warning (compare_maps): mismatch on symbol usb_devfs_handle , usbcore says
d086e9a0, /lib/modules/2.4.7-10/kernel/drivers/usb/usbcore.o says
d086e4c0. Ignoring /lib/modules/2.4.7-10/kernel/drivers/usb/usbcore.o entry
Warning (map_ksym_to_module): cannot match loaded module ext3 to a unique
module object. Trace may not be reliable.
