Hello all, I'm hoping this is the right place to ask this elementary question. But if it isn't I'd appreciated to be pointed in the right direction where I may get some help. I'm very new to Linux as you may guess by this question. I'm trying to build a Java application. The problem is I get an error that some package is not found even though I have the directory where the package is located in my CLASSPATH. The package is something like: src.servers and it's located under: /home/myHome/work/lib/ I have /home/myHome/work/lib in my CLASSPATH and set the classpath at compile time by using -classpath but java compiler is not finding the package in the CLASSPATH. I'm using j2sdk1.4.0. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
