You don't really want customized CD's. That's too much work. Just make a
kickstart disk. Install the kickstart RPM, run a google search for
kickstart or man mkkickstart. Also, your local LUG might be a better source
of information for this kind of thing.

Oh, and one more thing. If you're going to post to a technical mailing list
and don't want to be ignored. Post using plain text. It's good manners.

Joseph

Custome Distros are not point and click ware.  They never have been, not even from Microsoft.  It sounds as though you could use kickstart which would be easier to implement.  RedHat creates a kickstart configuration file when you install RedHat.  You will find it in the /root directory called anaconda-ks.cfg.  This file can be used to configure as many machines as you like to the same specs.  Information on how to setup kickstart in different ways is located here

If you decide that you must have a custom distro then this is the best howto I have seen for RH7.2 and RH7.3 http://www.linuxworks.com.au/redhat-installer-howto.html  THIS IS NOT POINT AND CLICK WARE.

If you really want to know how to do it:

http://www.linuxworks.com.au/redhat-installer-howto.html

which is the best documentation on the net concerning this. I know
you say you don't want to deal with details, but if you really want to
do this you are going to have to swim in them. Also, with patience
one can wade into the anaconda source bring forth much knowledge (-:
