"No space left on device" when runing buildinstall

Hi.

  I'm using redhat-7.2 to make customized redhat cd.

 when I run /usr/lib/anaconda-runtime/buildinstall,  some errors are
occurred.

.....
  mke2fs 1.23, 15-Aug-2001.....
 Wrote /tmp/makebootdisk.tree.11940 ( 604k compressed, 1175k free)
 cp: writing '/tmp/makebootdisk.tree.11940/vmlinuz' : No space left on
device
sed: couldn't write 67 items to {standard output}: No space left on device
sed: couldn't write 69 items to {standard output}: No space left on device
sed: couldn't write 65 items to {standard output}: No space left on device
sed: couldn't write 19 items to {standard output}: No space left on device
sed: Couldn't close {standard output}
/work/cd1/buildinstall.tree.7178/mk-images: Failed to copy messages from
/work/cd1/RedHat/instimage/usr/lib/anaconda-runtime/boot/ to
/tmp/makebootdisk.tree.11940.

#

The "/" partition have 3.0G free space and memory and there are 100MB free
space on memory.

What's wrong?
