Bug in PHP

Thing is it's not a bug per say... There is no php-4.1.1 package availabl=
e
for RH yet. I just wanted to make it available to the RH developers to m=
ake
their life easier when they do create such a package. I also have a
(trimmed down) spec file that works if it's wanted.
