Could a Bugzilla reporting system be used {set up} to report reiser4 or reiser4progs bugs ?

Hello,

A Question:
Could a Bugzilla reporting system be used {set up} to report reiser4 or
reiser4progs bugs ?

I ask because its easier to keep track of bugs rather than
sending/finding/tracking them on a mailing list.

What are your thoughts on this ?
Thanks
