Hi Jack,
How about this; in your sendmail.cf file add:
MASQUERADE_AS ('domain_of_ISP') dnl
FEATURE (masquerade_envelope) dnl
FEATURE (allmasquerade) dnl
Then restart sendmail to compile in the changes to your sendmail.mc file
This may solve your problem.
