xen-3.0.3-94.el5_4.3.x86_64 from installed has depsolving problems
  --> Missing Dependency: xen-libs = 3.0.3-94.el5_4.3 is needed by
package xen-3.0.3-94.el5_4.3.x86_64 (installed)
Error: Missing Dependency: xen-libs = 3.0.3-94.el5_4.3 is needed by
package xen-3.0.3-94.el5_4.3.x86_64 (installed)
 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
                        package-cleanup --dupes
                        rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.
[root@linux3 ~]# yum list all | grep xen-libs
xen-libs.i386                        3.0.3-94.el5_4.3       installed
xen-libs.x86_64                      3.0.3-105.el5_5.3      installed
xen-libs.i386                        3.0.3-105.el5_5.5      rhel-x86_64-server-5
xen-libs.x86_64                      3.0.3-105.el5_5.5      rhel-x86_64-server-5

How can I proceed...?

Thanks
