IBM Blade with DS8100

Am trying to do boot from SAN using IBM HS21 Blade Server  with RHEL5.1
attached to  IBM DS8100  Via a Qlogic HBA.
How should I adjust my multipath config file ?
sample /etc/multipath.conf  :
