It's trivial to do *in* firefox - preferences->advanced->encryption->view
certificates, and there's an import. But that's for each user. I would
assume there's some place they hide the default ones that come with the
install, but I'm still looking. If you can find that, then it's do it once
for everyone.

Btw, if you beat me to it, please post where they hide it.
