Now I alsolso notized that you do not have execute command on that file, try first give chmod ug+x for that file and then command unzip that file. Problem is perhaps that you cannot unzip that file, but I think that you might also use tar -xvf command, please try that for that file. Even it is zipped tar might help. Please try unzipping on some another filesystem, where is more space. There disk full tells that your filesystem gets full when you are unzipping that file, so it means that when you are unzipping that file your filesystem gets full during unzipping and that's cause your file is fullwilling your space on that partition.
