RHEL 5.5??? ext4 in RHEL 5.4??

When is RHEL 5.5 coming out? There is a ~100 updates already to 5.4 and we are trying to roll our own internal distribution DVD.

I've gotten all the updates, but it seems like a new one pops out every couple of days (cups on 1/15/2010 being the latest).

It's not clear how to automagically enable ext4 with RHEL 5.4 using a kickstart installer OR after a successfull installation. We are trying to included a production system with ANY development tools on the system, or any Kernel source or headers, so that's not really an option.

How do we get this enabled?

I've seen these:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=485315
http://www.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/5.4/html/Technical_Notes/kernel.html

and it didn't really help.
