Hi Josua, I get it working. I was trying to download the rsh-server via the web site but I could not find it and Then I tried yum install rsh-server, rsh was installed. The problem I was having also was that none of The configurations I read said anything about opening ports 513 and 514 on the firewall. Once I opened The ports on the firewall everything worked.
