I did the iso file with the dd command and know I can Install a winxp from
RHEV Manager with this file,

Yes, with "dd if=/dev/cdrom of=/tmp/winxp.iso" you can create a bootable
iso file from a dvd or cd.
bs and count is not needed for this.
