Thank Ahmed but I misspoke, sorry. I try to start xclient through startx on runlevel 3. I found that "switchdesk" created ".Xclient-default" file on my home folder. I deleted him and now when I modify /etc/sysconfig/desktop file it's ok. I put DESKTOP="GNOME" or "KDE" and DISPLAYMANAGER="GDM" or "KDM" => it starts GNOME or KDE. My problem is solved, I found the solution.

But a new question arrives :) ... How to change the default xclient by user ? For exemple, Gnome for toto and KDE for tata. I have the both xclient on my machine of course. What is the file to modify in user's folder ? Do you have an exemple for this file ?

Thanks a lot !
