selinux (sigh)

Minor irritant: selinux is enabled, but apache's being stopped from
writing to a logfile. We're running torque (a cluster), and submitting
jobs via a wiki. ls -Z /var/log/httpd/smagent.log shows:
-rw-r--r-- apache root root:object_r:httpd_log_t
/var/log/httpd/smagent.log

Now, ls -Z /var/log/httpd/error_log shows me
-rw-r--r-- root root system_u:object_r:httpd_log_t
/var/log/httpd/error_log

What do I need to change to keep selinux from barging in?

        mark
