/usr/share/man/man8/iscsiadm.8.gz

[root@server1 ~]# rpm -qf /sbin/iscsiadm
iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2.0.868-0.18.el5

[root@server1 ~]#rpm -ql iscsi-initiator-utils
/etc/iscsi/iscsid.conf
/etc/rc.d/init.d/iscsi
/etc/rc.d/init.d/iscsid
/sbin/iscsi-iname
/sbin/iscsiadm
/sbin/iscsid
/sbin/iscsistart
/usr/include/fw_context.h
/usr/include/iscsi_list.h
/usr/lib/libfwparam.a
/usr/share/doc/iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2.0.868
/usr/share/doc/iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2.0.868/README
/usr/share/man/man8/iscsiadm.8.gz
/usr/share/man/man8/iscsid.8.gz
/var/lib/iscsi
/var/lib/iscsi/ifaces
/var/lib/iscsi/isns
/var/lib/iscsi/nodes
/var/lib/iscsi/send_targets
/var/lib/iscsi/slp
/var/lib/iscsi/static
/var/lock/iscsi

Look in /sbin/ and with rpm -ql to see what provides your installed rpm

For a start point to use iscsi look at this web:

It was very very usefull for me,

Greetings,
