I setup device-mapper for a database and found some very good
documentation
On both the Oracle Metalink and the Redhat sites.

Subject: dm-multipath

Dear all,

I'm planning to test DM-Multipath on RHEL 4/5 in our environment. We
are using HP blades and McData on the SAN. What would be the best
practises? and does any of Redhat, HP, Mcdata, Qlogic have a support
metrix sort of thing to mix and match. Would be really helpful if you
can share your experience.

Cheers!
