I have the server and webserver up for other purposes so that is not what I was asked to provide. They want to be able to do live webcasting. They do not require 'presence' meaning there's no need to login or have any kind of credentials to assist to the webcast, but the webcast has to be live! Then it will be recorded (while webcasting) and made available through the webserver for people that missed the live webcast. The webcasting will be provided 'on the premises' so it will be an intranet webcasting and the bandwidth is at least 100Mbps (certain areas are already upgraded to the 1Gbps links).
