There use to be a program I ran in UNIX, called idled (idle-dee) and I'm thinking it would work on RH as well. Pretty detailed configuration and you can configure it to do what you are asking and more. Haven't used it in years but it was pretty effective.

i wanna auto logout any user after perticular time
period.
eg. usera "A" automatically logout after 1 hour.
can i do this with any script or any command?
