SCSI Hot plug tape drive

I've found that I need to reload the scsi_mod and st kernel modules in order
for the drive to be recognized.

Problem is, we use external scsi disk arrays for the dbs which (I believe)
would be affected if scsi_mod was reloaded (found by an lsmod). Not going
to try for obvious reasons.

Found a neat script online for rescanning the scsi bus called
"rescan-scsi-bus.sh" (google it). It didn't work for me on my test system,
but it might for someone else I suppose...other people have had success with
it.

Thanks for the help...
