As far as i know there is no bonding-configurator in
system-config-network, you have to configure the bonds direct in
/etc/sysconfig and add the bonding options in the modprobe.conf e.g.

options bonding max_bonds=1
options bond0 -o bonding1 miimon=50 mode=1
