You are receiving this error because you did not install these perl modules via RPM. When building an RPM there is a section in your SPEC file that defines what other packages must be installed on the system in order for the package to run. This information is queried from your RPM database. If you have installed these dependencies and wish to force the rpm installation you can use the "--nodeps" option in your rpm command invocation.
