Do you have Time:HiRes correctly installed in your system?

Anyways why don't you try to install File::Find directly from CPAN:
http://search.cpan.org/search?query=FIle%3A%3AFind&mode=all and you'll
be able to see whether you fulfill the dependencies it might need.
