You need to install the dependencies.  If you can install YUM and have
access to RedHat it will install all dependencies when you request the
package..

error: Failed dependencies:
        libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.4) is needed by afio-2.4.7-1.i386
        rtld(GNU_HASH) is needed by afio-2.4.7-1.i386

How to solve this?
