Failing updates

I have eleven systems running RedHat. Nine of them use up2date; I am having no problems with them.

Two of them don't have up2date; I use "yum update" on them. These two systems are running

 2.6.18-92.el5
2.6.18-53.el5xen (with a reboot, this system will be at the same level as the above system)

I am having problems with xen-libraries

Is there a way to fix the problem?

Thanks
