In your zone file for whatever your domain is, just have 3 entries with
the same name, pointing at all three IPs:

oracle-rac-alias   IN   A   10.5.1.110
oracle-rac-alias   IN   A   10.5.1.130
oracle-rac-alias   IN   A   10.5.1.120
