I know this is OT, but there lots of sharp folks here. I have inherited the responsibility of keeping a Solaris 5.9 server running Sendmail 8.12.10. running, of course with none of the rights to go along with that. A couple of weeks ago this server started queuing mail and never sending it. All that shows up in the logs now is: Jan 17 13:01:01 tamino sendmail[6745]: [ID 801593 mail.info] m0H8UuA4006745: from=<fromuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>, size=1306, class=0, nrcpts=2, msgid=<26638073.1200558656348.JavaMail.root@localhost>, proto=ESMTP, daemon=MTA-v4, relay=localhost [127.0.0.1] Jan 17 13:01:01 tamino sendmail[6745]: [ID 801593 mail.info] m0H8UuA4006745: to=<touser@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>, delay=00:00:00, mailer=relay, pri=61306, dsn=4.4.3, stat=queued As opposed to the usual "stat=Sent (lB44eFl8030474 Message accepted for delivery)" messages that used to be there. I am out of ideas. Anything anyone might offer will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
