We also only buy "basic" support from Red Hat, which allows us to
download updates/patches, and gives us support via their web site only,
i.e. open a ticket online, explain problem, wait for their response
online, try what they suggest, wait for their response, etc. etc. as
opposed to being able to call them up and get instant support.

Depends on your needs, really.
