Does anyone use apcupsd (as an alternative to Powerchute Network
Shutdown), and if so, what are your thoughts about it?  Does it work
well?

I've been unable to figure out how to get PCNS to work on RHEL5, so am
now looking at alternative software to shut down servers gracefully when
a UPS goes on battery.

Thanks.
