I hate HP-UX because it doesn't have that and I have to write the bloody path manually! :-) If you let me a question about HP-UX, I was working today trying to securize one of them, 11.00 one. And I found no /etc/default/security, my question is, does you have to create it manually and add all the sttuf like the passwords policys, you know, time to expire, lenght....?
