Hire a low level worker, get them to take care of this for you. They get a (boring but useful) introduction to IT, you get to spend your time on more useful things. Depending on the size and culture of your organization, pitch it as an "intern program", a "chance for one of your nieces/nephews/neighbours to get a start", or "a way to take advantage of those tax-advantaged employment programs"...
