Scalix does come 'all in one' as far as needing other packages versus Zimbra(e.g. apache, postfix, ldap, etc). When I was evaluating both packages I also found that Zimbra comes with antivirus and spamassassin built in and Scalix did not. I tried to get it to work but couldn't seeme to get it... In the end I chose Zimbra.
