Dear All,

How we can have some restriction to the outgoing mail?

for example.

Need to have restriction of size 10MB for some of user for outgoing mail.

If you google on "sendmail.mc email size", the first hit is:

<http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/spamassassin-users/200506.mbox/%3C61192FA29C719B469A2B13E57DEDF75B03E2F1E0@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx%3E>

which says to use confMAX_MESSAGE_SIZE in sendmail.mc. Googling on confMAX_MESSAGE_SIZE yields how to use it.

If one user send the mail to abc@xxxxxxx will go to admin and after approval
will be delivered to the destination.

If I understand correctly, procmail will do this easily. Look at the procmailex man page.

Simillar thing.

I think milter is right solution but do not know which milter to be explore.
