No.  America/Chicago started DST 3 weeks early.  You won't be fine.

RHEL3 and RHEL4 should update properly with up2date.

As Robert Canary wrote:

> zdump -v /etc/localtime | grep 2007

should show you Mar 11 as one of the dates; if it does, you're fine.
