 i can't make nat under redhat linux unless i stoped the iptables service i want to append the nating rule into /etc/sysconfig/iptables file and also append also another rules

Make your changes and then service iptables restart

depending upon your rule set this may break existing connections (for example if you are only allowing tcp syn and packets in an 'existing' state) so do it when the server is not that busy
