What are the problems that your users complain about? From what I gather on a quick look mail is sent and accepted by hotmail server. It's probably in the junk folder. If this is the problem I started yesterday a "topic" :) with hotmail support and I will share any useful info with the list.

but here is the log when i send to yahoo and the mail is recived correctly

[216.39.53.1], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (ok dirdel) ----------------------------------------

  you provided the log line when message is accepted for delivery. check for
the line which says message delivered or connection with mx of hotmail....
check for same smtp-id in the log file.
