What are the problems that your users complain about? From what I gather
on a quick look mail is sent and accepted by hotmail server. It's
probably in the junk folder.
If this is the problem I started yesterday a "topic" :) with hotmail
support and I will share any useful info with the list.

but here is the log when i send to yahoo and the mail is recived correctly

you provided the log line when message is accepted for delivery. check for
the line which says message delivered or connection with mx of hotmail....
check for same smtp-id in the log file.
