Most people have problems sending to hotmail because unless you use hotmail your mail automatically goes into the users junk mail box, and hotmail hope they see it before 5 days and then tag it as not junk.
We advise all our clients who want to use free email services to not use hotmail for this very reason, its more of the micro$oft trying to get you to use micro$oft only attitude and dump everything else, typical really but sad, hotmail was a good service before they implimented this childish mentality
