however, if this RHEL version is registered with RHN you can try this:

up2date compat-db compat-libstdc++ control-center ...
(i.e. the rpm names without the verison numbers).

be aware that if Oracle wants very specific versions this may not work
as expected
- - you may get later versions of these packages.

the --aid suggestion given elsewhere will help with this.
