I don't think it's available in RHEL4.  Can you send the output of getsebool
-a | grep httpd?  It might be that httpd_suexec_disable_trans needs to be
set to off.

It does not seem to be on my system, and I can't find it (RHEL ES4) It seems
to 
be in policycoreutils on Fedora core 5, though. Do you know where I can find
it?
