UDEV - can't start device

Hello redhat-list,

I have too HP Smart Array on the board (HP DL585): SA5i+ and SA6400.
And RHEL4-U4.

When I boot from standard precompiled kernel 2.6.9-42.0.2ELsmp, my
sysem attach both block devices (SA5i+ as cciss/c0dx and SA6400 as cciss/c1dx).

When I boot from my compiled kernel 2.6.9-42.0.2ELo, my sysem attach
only one block device (SA5i+ as cciss/c0dx) and I don't see SA6400 as
cciss/c1dx.
CCISS compiled into kernel - not as module.
While linux starting: 'udevstart' [FAILED]
and 'kudzu' remove from configurations (/ets/sysconfig/hwconf) SA64xx
device.

What is wrong ?
How can I attach SA6400 device and normal start 'udev' ?
