Sendmail server on redhat linux 9.0

Hi!
We have sendmail version 8.12.11-4 working fine but one problem is that
those user not exist also received the mail to the account of postmaster it
is ok, but I want bounce back to the sender's inbox with message user does
not exist.

Also give the link for content filtering to reject the mail attachment like
.pic, .hqx .exe .zip

Pls give me the solution. Our server receives unwanted mails.
