The problem is *probably* with the server at online.im.hc360.com - it's
accepting an HTTP connection but then returning 0 bytes before closing
the connection.  We get the same from here, both behind squid, and
direct.  The solution is to contact the people who maintain
online.im.hc360.com and get them to fix the problem
