I installed mySQL 5.0.18 from the Web Stack beta for RHEL AS 4.  I see
this entry in /etc/password:

mysql:x:100:101:MySQL server:/var/lib/mysql:/bin/bash

Shouldn't the login shell be /sbin/nologin?
