Hi,

I prepared the boot floppy for RHEL ES4 using the following procedure.
But
getting "boot failed" error while booting from it.

[root@redhat ~]# more /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 3)

[root@redhat ~]# cd /media/cdrom
[root@redhat cdrom]# cd images
[root@redhat images]# ls -l
total 11360
-rw-r--r-- 10 root root 5337088 Mar 4 01:55 boot.iso
-rw-r--r-- 10 root root 6291456 Mar 4 01:55 diskboot.img
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 2048 Mar 4 02:45 pxeboot
-rw-r--r-- 10 root root 668 Mar 4 01:55 README
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 881 Mar 4 04:41 TRANS.TBL

[root@redhat images]# dd if=diskboot.img of=/dev/fd0
dd: writing to `/dev/fd0': No space left on device
2881+0 records in
2880+0 records out
[root@redhat images]#

Thanks & Regards,
