Linux Kernel 2.6.13 <= 2.6.17.4 prctl() Local Root Exploit (logrotate)

Does anyone know if this particular exploit has been patched in the most recent RHEL and Fedora versions?

We had a server here running fedora core 5 (recently reinstalled) that has been broken into, possibly with this exploit.

Thanks!
