Can someone point me to the documentation that will explain how I can force
users to choose a password that will contain at least:
1) 8 characters
2) two alphabetic characters, at least one of which is capitalized.
3) one numeric character
4) one special character
And the password will not contain names, telephone numbers, dictionary words, etc.
