Hello all,
I have my linux servers authenicating to my LDAP server and also

these users when they login for the first time?

Do you need it? That file will normally be created by a mail delivery when the user receives mail. If they have no mail the file doesn't exist.

If you really want to create the file, you could send them a welcome mail message after you register them.
