I recommend Enterprise Audit Shell <http://eas.strchr.net> EAS provides a
keystroke logged shell that uses a SSL CA protected client server model to
securely store its logs on a centrailized server.  You can replay a client
session in real time.  It can be called as a client, or used as a login
shell.
